But the demographic problem has now become a national problem, and the government policy has established a close relation between the birth-rate problem and the national cultural values. The problem of low birth rates cannot be addressed without changing the entire society and its attitude to the family and its values. Lot of Homeland begins first with love of the family and your own children. A large family is strength and the most important value for each nation state. The key objectives of the information program to support motherhood, childhood and family is to resurrect the culture of the family and the family values in Russia, to give moral support to women who choose to have another child, and to draw the attention of the government and the society as a whole to the issues of the family and motherhood.
