No Boodles Social Advertising in Voronezh
Billboards with a dog in suit and tie saying ‘No Boodles’ are to help the police to fight corruption, reports the Voronezh edition of Komsomolskaya Pravda.
Three billboards with the poodle appeared in the streets of Voronezh last weekend, placed near the VOGRES bridge, across the street from the Komintern district administration, and near the mechanical works.

Not only does the cur proudly sit on a posh chair behind an oak desk, it also emphatically has its paw on some bundles of 500 ruble bills. But the stack of cash is mercilessly crossed over in red, with large yellow lettering underneath: ‘No boodles!’ The message is clear: don't! Don't give any bribes, and don't take any bribes.
The caption on the left side of the billboard explains: the offense is punishable by imprisonment. ‘Fighting corruption is a priority set by the president, and so we decided to launch social advertising in the direction, - we were told by the local PD press service. – We invented the image and strictly controlled its implementation, comparing a corrupt official with a dog given a bone..
The police say they are not going to stop here. Apparently, if things go this way, we're soon going to have a pretty squirrel watching us from the billboard to warn against alcohol abuse...
